Founder and CEO of ADR Center Romania, Constantin Adi Gavrilă has been dealing with ADR since early 2000s. He is a full-time mediator who has managed cases and ADR development projects all over the world. Adi is holding an IMI international mediation certification. Mediator, lawyer and president of the ”PROPACT” Professional Mediators Association, Marin Pădeanu started his activity in the field of mediation in 2003, being one of the founding members of the Mediation Pilot Center, established in Craiova with the support of the Ministry of Justice. Marin Pădeanu held the position of member of the Mediation Council between 2015 and 2019 and between 2020 and 2021 he was director of president's office within the National Authority for Consumers Protection. Anda Stefania Ciofu is a member of the Management team, representing the Marketing Department. Is CEO and marketing director in an online company, with a progressive experience of over 15 years. Using theoretical knowledge, market-oriented reasoning, but also advanced technologies and the most effective marketing tools, she gained a solid experience in Branding, Graphic Design, Marketing and Email Marketing, Email Campaigns, SEO performance, eCommerce strategies, PPC campaigns, Social Media, Analysis and Reporting. Anda is a graduate of the University of Craiova, Faculty of Letters, with a degree in Communication and Public Relations in the field of Communication Sciences. Within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, she obtained a Master's degree specializing in Marketing and Business Communication.

Hon. Daniel Weinstein (Ret.) is one of the preeminent mediators of complex civil disputes in the United States. Judge Weinstein is also internationally recognized as one of the premier mediators of complex, multi-party and high-stakes commercial and political disputes. He is the recipient of the 2014 International Advocate for Peace Award from the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, whose past honorees have included: former Presidents Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, Ambassador Richard Holbrooke, and Nobel Peace Prize Winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu. The National Law Journal has recognized him as an ADR Champion (2017-2018). In January 2020, the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, presented Judge Weinstein with the Peacemaker Award, its highest honor. Jay Welsh
Established innovator in ADR field
Former executive vice-president and General Counsel of JAMS

Jay Welsh is an established innovator in the ADR field. After joining JAMS in 1991, he played a prominent role in the growth of ADR within the U.S., as well as internationally. Most recently, as former executive vice-president and general counsel, he led the expansion of JAMS to include twenty-three Resolution Centers around the country and was instrumental in the growth of the company internationally. He was in charge of training all incoming neutrals and all legal issues, and he engineered the acquisition of JAMS from the investment banking firm that had acquired it in 1989.
