Guide for submitting the mediation request:

1 Download the “Mediation request” form

Download the “Mediation request” form (561.41 KB). The PDF is editable, so you can fill it in directly on your computer and then print it.

2 Enter the mediation information

Fill out the form in its entirety, with all the data required for the parties and the dispute. Print the completed form and have the party(s) (or lawyers) sign it.

3 Send the “Mediation request” form

Send the form completed with all the information and signed to office@adrcenter.ro.
