ADR Center Romania Mediators must comply with the Quality Standard of ADR Center Romania Mediation. We also comply with the provisions of the Law no. 192/2006 on mediation and organization of the mediator profession, the Code of Ethics and Professional Ethics of Mediators Authorized in Romania and the European Code of Conduct for Mediators.
Hence, every ADR Center Romania Mediator has to attain a high standard of professional competency in the practice of mediation.
When feedback is less than ideal or takes the form of a complaint, we walk our talk and try to handle it by providing a forum for dialogue and communication. If necessary, we will seek or accept external mediation services. If all dialogue-based efforts will fail to provide remedy to all parties’ satisfaction, our Advisory Board, external to ADR Center Romania, will undertake an internal investigation to determine if our mediators are in compliance with our performance rules and standards.
